The method I use is deep alchemical work. We don’t bypass. We enter. We work through the body, through shamanic transmissions, and through the dark feminine path—where your emotions, your desires, your wounds, and your primal nature are gateways to the divine.
This is a personally crafted journey. Each session is shaped by what is alive in you. I will hold a sacred, unshakable container for your most intense emotions, guiding you to break free from old programming on a cellular level.

The Shamanic sessions
Preparation:
The juice & deep work will be in our ceremony(s). However, up to a week before this ceremony, you will enter the shamanic portal with me in our preparation session. This 45 minute session is for you to begin the “delayering” process. We will do some embodiment or shamanic work, but focus mainly on discussing what is alive in you & what you feel needs to be shared around your identity, story, journey. This is so you can
1. feel safer having taken the time to be seen & understood
2. begin to move through these “stories” so we can get deeper during the ceremony
3. bring you into an energetic frequency to start the process days before the ceremony
The Ceremony:
1.5-2 hour ceremony in which we will deep dive into what is currently alive within you. Clients on average book 1-3 ceremonies before we move onto the integration session. There will be some conversation, but the focus will be primarily on sound, breath, and movement. Or more specifically:

Integration
Integration is often overlooked but is the most crucial step of the transformation process. This is when we take all that has moved through you and root it to the Earth. This is a 45 minute session where you will then exit the shamanic portal with me.
